Assisted billing review / US 3PLs
Catch billing exceptions before invoices go out.
Assisted pre-invoice checks for US 3PLs. Compare supported fulfillment charges and surcharges with agreed customer rates and shipment evidence, then give your team a clear exception report under your brand.
One monthly fee. No per-customer license charge. Assisted onboarding.
Resolve billing questions before your customer has to ask.
Draft billing can contain rate discrepancies, questionable surcharges or lines lacking supporting evidence. Investigate those exceptions before sending customer invoices.
Give billing and operations teams clear evidence to review, explain valid charges and resolve exceptions. Supported checks can surface both above-rate and below-rate differences.
Below-rate findings do not discover every missing charge or guarantee recovered revenue.
01 / THE ASSISTED WORKFLOW
A review cadence that fits your billing run.
01
Agree the scope
We agree the billing scope, supported checks and review cadence.
02
Prepare the evidence
Provide the relevant draft billing export, customer rates and operational evidence through an agreed secure process.
03
Review the exceptions
We configure and run supported checks, with assistance reviewing exceptions.
04
Approve and report
Your team approves any corrections and receives a branded report.
Your team stays in control of billing. The service does not edit invoices, post to accounting software, block billing or automatically approve charges.
02 / WHITE-LABEL REPORTS
Your reports. Your brand.
Use your logo, company name and agreed report presentation. Keep the internal exception report for billing decisions; agree a reviewed customer-facing extract when you need to explain charges.
White label applies to reports. A branded workspace, portal or custom domain is not part of this launch offer.

What does white label include?
Your logo, company name and agreed report presentation. We prepare an internal exception report and agree any customer-facing extract with you. A branded SaaS workspace, customer portal, custom domain and reseller platform are not included.
What inputs do you need?
Draft billing lines, applicable customer rates and operational evidence for the agreed checks. Shipment references, quantities, dates and charge codes may be needed. We agree the exact inputs during onboarding, before files are transferred.
Will our files work?
Compatibility is assessed before onboarding. Existing software supports specific billing and shipment formats, not every US WMS export or UPS/FedEx tariff. We review representative headers and structures, agree file mapping and identify unsupported checks before accepting a pilot.
Which checks can you run?
Depending on the workflow and available evidence, supported checks compare pick charges and contractual surcharges with agreed rates and shipment activity. Other checks require specific inputs and configuration. We agree coverage explicitly; we do not promise every carrier surcharge, storage rule or missing charge can be checked.
How does onboarding work?
We agree scope, file mapping, customer rate setup, report branding, review frequency and processing volume. Any preparation work or additional support is agreed upfront. No unlimited integrations or manual support are included.
What if evidence is missing?
Unverified amounts are shown separately. Expected amounts and differences stay unknown where they cannot be calculated. Your team can supply evidence or decide how to resolve the exception; a flag alone does not establish an error.
Do we need a WMS integration?
No native WMS connection is required for this assisted service. We work with agreed compatible exports. That does not mean every export is supported; compatibility is checked first.
Do you change or approve our invoices?
No. Your team decides whether to correct or explain each line. We do not edit invoices, post to accounting software, block billing or automatically approve charges.
