For assisted provider reviews, file transfer, access and retention arrangements are agreed before files are shared. The automated-upload details below describe the existing software workflows. Provider enquiry details are retained for follow-up.
Your billing data
Share only what’s needed. Files use temporary server storage; contact and usage records are retained.
Data handling details
- Upload only the data needed for billing validation. Redact customer names and addresses where they are not required; retain the shipment references needed to match files.
- We do not need bank details. You must be authorised to share the files.
- Files are processed on our server in temporary storage and deleted after the run. Interrupted-run files are purged within 24 hours while the service is running, or on its next startup. We do not keep an archive of source files or audit reports.
- We retain your contact details and trial usage metadata for follow-up and to manage trial access and preparation attempts: filenames, formats, row counts, timestamps, completion status and exception count. We do not log source rows or report contents. Use filenames without customer personal data.
