You’ll need three things

  • Billing CSV: Mintsoft, Royal Mail OBA or Sendcloud.
  • ShipHero dispatch CSV for the same period.
  • Your agreed rates in the supported YAML file. One contract.

Optional business context

One audit per email within seven days. Up to three processing attempts for preparation failures. Completed audits use the allowance, including skipped checks. Interruptions may use it too. Registering again does not reset access.

Supported export formats only; no native integrations. Columns and rates must match the supported structure. Ask us for rate-card help before your trial.

Your billing data

Share only what’s needed. Files use temporary server storage; contact and usage records are retained.

Data handling details
  • Upload only the data needed for billing validation. Redact customer names and addresses where they are not required; retain the shipment references needed to match files.
  • We do not need bank details. You must be authorised to share the files.
  • Files are processed on our server in temporary storage and deleted after the run. Interrupted-run files are purged within 24 hours while the service is running, or on its next startup. We do not keep an archive of source files or audit reports.
  • We retain your contact details and trial usage metadata for follow-up and to manage trial access and preparation attempts: filenames, formats, row counts, timestamps, completion status and exception count. We do not log source rows or report contents. Use filenames without customer personal data.
